Are you able to share what day he will be released? We can’t wait to see him flying wild again.

Thank you for all you do. I am so excited to know that “our” bird has been able to be rehabilitated such that he has been released back to his home territory. My son and I have watched this bird for many years and we always look for him while in his turf. The work you do is so appreciated by those of us that appreciate the wonderful wildlife that is so abundant in our area. AGAIN a ber BIG Thanks. Lynn Stanley

    Sigrid,

I watched the released on channel nine last night. It filled me up again to know that he is back in the wild and back with his mate. I can not say thank you enough for everything that you do there and what you did for a bird that means so much to my mom and I. Thank you again.

That’s great news! MyHawk’s release has such wonderful symbolic meaning – it represents our appreciation of the wildness around us, our compassion for other species, and the release of so many other birds that the Birds of Prey Foundation has rescued and cared for. I hope his story inspires people to reach out and contribute in some way, even in these difficult times – we all – ALL – need each other more than ever.
